Outside of writing this blog, Austin is an Economist for the New Mexico Economic Development Department, and was previously the first Economist at the New Mexico Environment Department. Austin has a Master’s degree in Energy, Climate Change, and Sustainability Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics, and a BS and MBA from Adams State University.
