Hey Bonney, I hadn't heard about that. I think that mostly aligns with what I would think - market mechanisms are more popular than a straight tax. But you're right in that there appears to be a trending disinterest in carbon pricing schemes in general. The conservative party in Canada is threatening to "axe the tax" if they gain power. Hopefully people start to see the benefits of these policies across both sides of the aisle so the political back and forth isn't so volatile!
